We report the feasibilities for revealing and diagnostics of unconventional phase singularities into optical fields, namely, the singularities of spatial coherence functions into partially coherent vortex beams. It is shown that the vortices of the spatial coherence function are comprehensively diagnosed through the strip version of the Thomas Young's interference experiment. Namely, the magnitude of a topological charge and its sign are determined, respectively, by the magnitude and the direction of bending of the Young's interference fringes, which are produced by the edge diffraction waves from the rims of an opaque strip positioned in the vortex beam. Such experiment provides complete data on the azimuthal behavior of a phase of the spatial coherence ftmction. On the other hand, non-localized ring singularities of the spatial coherence function and of the complex degree of coherence occurring in the radial distribution of a phase are detected through conventional Young's interference experiment with two pinholes at an opaque screen. It is remarkable that the last of the mentioned coherence phase singularities takes place, when amplitude zeroes of the field are absent. Instead of this, the modulus of the complex degree of coherence vanishes alone.

In this paper, the chain of mutual transformations of optical singularities is demonstrated, including coherence singularities, polarization singularities of different kinds, and phase singularities. It is shown in what a way one can transform some type of optical singularities into another by changing one of the experimental parameters. Convenient experimental technique for diagnostics of such singularities is also described. It is shown that some of the considered singularities are generic ones, while other are non-generic, implying specific experimental conditions.

Vector singularities are predicted and discovered experimentally in partially polarized combined fields formed by incoherent superposition of orthogonally polarized beams. Such singularities are U contours with zero degree of polarization and isolated P points with unit degree of polarization centered at vortices of the orthogonally polarized component of the combined beam. Crossing a U contour switches the polarization state to the orthogonal one. The above-mentioned singularities are adequately described in terms of the complex degree of polarization in the Stokes-space representation. It is shown that the field elements corresponding to the extrema of the complex degree of polarization form the vector skeleton of a partially coherent nonuniformly polarized field.

Established parameters that significantly influence the quality image internal and studied ultrasonic imaging method by using the hysteresis loop, which characterizes the local hysteresis viscoelastic biological tissues (BT). It turned out that setting hysteresis loop recognition tissue degeneration and its components rather change the sensitivity of the scanner. Image studied as a method for evaluation of image deformation various information about BT in B-mode, captured temperature changes and age-related changes BT for a more objective mathematical model describing the interaction of ultrasound with BT. The rate of penetration of molecules through membranes depends strongly on the temperature. Such dependence is considered as a consequence of the need to overcome the potential barrier of a molecule. In our case, the temperature is a function of frequency and intensity of ultrasound, so studies the effect of temperature on the parameters of image quality.

Quality surveillance of the technological processes of material processing at CNC-equipment in requirements of industrial automation is stipulated by the development of the nano engineering, automatic systems in the manufacture enterprises, intensification of the production. The management of the technological processes provides diagnostic of instability and the formation of correcting actions. The diagnostic of a machining processing of materials the monitoring of the limiting conditions are included: the wear of a cutting edge of the tool, the breakage of the tool, the fixing down action of the tool in workpiece, crashes of a production equipment when the normal action of the machining process is upset. In this case quality of made precision products is aggravated, that is the discordance of parameters to prescribed values is observed: parameters of the details formation, the surface roughness are not ensured. It is possible to avoid, for example, a limiting wear of an edge tool, using performances of a workability of an edge cutting tool and workpiece, by replacement of the cutting tool before the termination of the durability period. However in this case the crashes interfering quality of a technological precision processes are possible. Therefore the solution of this problem can be achieved only with application of computerized means of a flow control.

The problem of the automated production process of materials quality increase is urgent at a modern condition of an industry, when there is a constant reduction of workplaces at preservation of the equipment. Danger of occurrence of infringement production processing in this case grows. The quality of technological process is determined by conformity of the current condition of the equipment, tool and detail to the given parameters in the engineering specifications, and the quality management of technological process is carried out by diagnostics the arising instabilities. For a case of machining to the instability concern: the critical deterioration cutting tool, breakage, constraint of the tool in a body of processable preparation (for the drilling process), emergencies of the equipment, when is broken a normal course of the production processing. Discrepancy of parameters the given sizes in this case is observeci. The achievement of the machining stable quality is possible only at use of systems of the analysis of the current condition of the cutting tool. The systems of threshold regulation only for quantity manufacture are most distributed. Therefore the development of such system of a condition of the production process for the automated individual manufacture is expedient.
The functions of quality surveillance of process carry out control and measuring of a sensor's subsystem, the principle of which action on definition of a condition of the cutting tool is based. One of the basic requirements to quality of such subsystems is the opportunity of their coordination with system of the CNC-machine tool for creation of the automated monitoring systems for the production process.
