This event will be organized by Czech Society for NDT as an international annual meeting and exhibition in the town Brno(South Moravia). The conference is aimed to all topics of non-destructive testing and evaluation of materials and structures in all areas of technical activities.
It is an opportunity to meet together all people interested in research, development, as well as in practice, standardization and application of NDT/NDE methods. All interested persons are invited to participate at the conference, and to contribute by papers in both oral and poster sections. Manufacturers and suppliers of NDT instruments, software, literature and service providers are invited to present their products and innovations.

Brno is the capital of the South Moravian Region with a population of almost 400.000 people. It has a strategic geographic position within Central Europe (120 km from Vienna, 200 km from Prague) with excellent transport accessibility by rails and buses, including an international airport. Brno is a modern, dynamic and fast growing centre of industry, trade, science, information technology, research and innovation with business incubators and centres of excellence in science, a city of universities with more than 80.000 students at 14 universities.

The city is a unique cultural centre of the whole region. Brno is remarkable for its unique functionalist architecture including an icon of functionalism - Villa Tugendhat, which is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Dominating historical features of the city are the Spilberk castle and the Cathedral of Sts. Peter and Paul. The unique medieval Ossuary under the St. James Church is a new tourist attraction, as well as a complex of underground corridors and cellars running underneath the whole downtown.

Preliminary Conference Time Schedule:

  • Deadline for abstracts submission: July 15, 2015
  • Limit date for payment of reduced fees: September 15, 2015
  • Deadline for papers delivery: September 15, 2015
  • Detailed information with program: October 15, 2015
  • Conference opening: November 03, 2015 at 10 a.m.

Conference Language: All technical papers at the conference will be presented in English, Czech or Slovak languages.

Call for Papers

All authors are invited to contribute papers on the areas of conference topics (in both oral and poster sessions). Contributors are requested to submit their paper title with short abstract (app.200 words), keywords and basic contacts till July 15, 2015 - E-mail: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Conference will be forwarded for registration in Scopus database.
